This set of practice is a Shuffle groove played from straight (0% swing) to Shuffle 100% swing(1 & 3 of a triplet) and 120% one is very close to 16th notes which is often used in kind of jump blues tune. Play along with them and switch between different percentage of swing will improve the sense of grooves. Have fun!
